Payment Plan

The developer has offered a convenient payment plan which provides for payment of 5% at the time of booking, five instalments of 6% of the price every six months and payment of 15% on handover. The remaining 50% of the price can be paid in quarterly installments over three years. So, in effect, 50% of the price is paid between booking and handover and the remaining 50% over 3 years after handover.
